If onStart isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No reason needed. This applies to the first payment of your first subscription, monthly or yearly.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time before a renewal from the Billing page, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email hello@onstart.app from the address you use to sign in, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the subscription ends and your published sites go offline. Your projects stay in your account, and you can publish them again with a new subscription.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
